The student acknowledges that D.D.U will use their personal information to provide services and manage business operations. The student grants D.D.U permission to publish, reproduce, digitize, display, and use their name, image, likeness, voice, photographs, recordings, videotapes, and audiovisual materials for advertising or promoting D.D.U services. The student understands that they will not receive payment for the use of such materials and waives the right to inspect or approve how their likeness is used. The student acknowledges that their likeness may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed for educational and promotional purposes worldwide.

The student can refuse or withdraw consent to the use and disclosure of their personal information at any time in writing, subject to contractual and legal obligations, which may affect entitlement to certain benefits or services. D.D.U reserves the right to disclose any information necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
